Bringing
the equipment to the CAMAC room
When you would like to bring your own equipment to the CAMAC room, apply in
the following procedure.
Please note that personal equipments are allowed to be left in the CAMAC room
by the end of the fiscal year.
To continue using the equipment of your own
after the end of the fiscal year, you must reapply every fiscal year.
Is your equipment brought over from the preceding year? YES -> Please confirm the equipment model that you brought in the preceding year at the CAMAC room → ↓ NO ↓

the coaxial cable duct BNC connector
The coaxial cable duct BNC connectors are wired in the area from the Main Unit Room/Main Unit Basement Room to the CAMAC rack of the CAMAC Room. To utilize the coaxial cable duct BNC connectors, apply in the following procedure.

* LEMO-BNC conversion coaxial cables will be required to connect from the CAMAC rack BNC connectors to Aurora 14. LEMO-BNC conversion coaxial cables are available for rent at LABCOM.. To rent, submit the rental application for LEMO-BNC conversion coaxial cables.

the diagnostics timing demodulator
Diagnostics timing demodulators are installed in the CAMAC Room, Diagnostics Device Room, Heating Device Room, and RF On-site Control Room. To utilize the equipment, apply in the following procedure.
Select diagnostics timing demodulators to be used. Select where (which room) to rent VME diagnostics timing demodulators/CAMAC diagnostics timing demodulators.
Please note that there are more than one VME diagnostics timing demodulators/CAMAC diagnostics timing demodulators in the CAMAC room. To select one from those, check the location of each device with the CAMAC room rack layout plan↓

Apply for using (modifying) the diagnostics timing demodulator. ↓
Install the plasma diagnostics control client system. VME diagnostics timing demodulator will be set up with the plasma diagnostics control client system. Install the plasma diagnostics control client system.
Termination boxes are wired from Diagnostics Device Room, the Main Unit Room/Main Unit Basement Room, and Data Processing and Computation Room to the CAMAC Room, and they can be connected to individual termination boxes in each room from the CAMAC Room. To utilize the equipment, apply in the following procedure.
Select termination boxes to be used. Refer to the layout plan for coaxial cable ducts and optical termination boxes ↓
